Our micro-mini backyard vineyard yielded bags of juicy clusters of grapes. Sweet and delicious, these addictive red seeded berries supply us with nutrients - antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and beneficial compounds called flavonoids.

When choosing grapes off the vine, from a farmer’s market or grocery store, look for organic, plump, well-colored fruit firmly attached to their stems.

Grapes keep stored in the refrigerator up to a week. When ready for use, wash grapes thoroughly and blot dry. Enjoy as a portable bite-size snack or show them off in salads, main dishes, and desserts.
