PREP: 5 Minutes TOTAL: 5 Minutes

SERVES 2

A delightful pudding, it’s smooth, creamy and better for you than chocolate.

1/4 cup [56.7 grams] raw wildcrafted carob powder
1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled
1/2 cup [118 ml] coconut milk
1 tablespoon [14.3 grams] agave, optional
1 teaspoon [4.8 grams] cinnamon

Cut avocado in half, remove the pitt, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and add it to a food processor or blender. Add the remaining ingredients and processor/blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Hi,

I will be making this recipe for a dinner party I am having next week no Thursday, for my organic supplier and a friend.

I am also making your zucchini rolls as appetizers. Haven’t quite decided on the main dish…inspiration will come. Any suggestions are welcome, I do not have a dehydrator. Bye :) xo Dea

I stumbled upon your website and found this recipe. I tried it & it was wonderful. My husband and five kids loved it too! So it gets two big thumbs up and five little thumbs up! I have not heard of agave before, is it better than using raw honey? Thanks for sharing your recipes!
